Michael Malone; CEO/ Manager of CMC Hygea

Michael Malone-Founder and CEO

Michael Malone is the founder of CMC Hygea Ltd. and has led the way in the design and development of a number of Unique Patented Antimicrobial medical device products which will contribute significantly to the prevention of hospital-acquired infections. Prior to working with CMC Hygea Ltd., Michael founded and managed his own construction company specialising in the supply and installing of high-quality paving materials. With 50 personnel working on projects countrywide Michael developed his managerial and commercial skills while bringing design innovation to his projects.

 

Patrick McIntyre - Chief Operations Officer

Patrick McIntyre – Chief Operations Officer

Patrick McIntyre graduated as a Chemical Engineer in UCD in 1985. He worked with several Pharmaceutical Multi-nationals and Engineering consultants on numerous capital projects and was a Director of Operations and CEO for the DPS Engineering Group. Patrick invested in a small 15 person engineering company (DPS) in 1996 and was instrumental in leading its development and growth to over 120 million euro turnover, 1200+ employees and global reach through Europe, USA and Middle East, providing design and project management services to major multinationals including GSK, Pfizer, Sanofi, J&J, MSD, Intel and many others. He takes a pragmatic, straight forward but highly structured approach to moving business from concept to viability and growth.

Grace Hearn QFA– CFO and Administration Manager.

Grace joined the team in March of 2017 bringing her financial and administrative skills to this start-up company. Grace currently manages and coordinates all aspects of financial, legal and office administration. 
Prior to working with CMC Hygea Ltd., Grace worked in the Banking sector for 13 years and has brought her experience and knowledge in the areas of financials, administration, people management and sales to build and develop our offices at CMC Hygea Ltd.
